How to clean your favorite jeans. . . .
If you are like me, you have at least a pair or two that you want to last forever!
Tips to follow:
Limit washing to prevent fading and wear. Wash them in cold water and keep agitation to a minimum. For best results, give them a long soak and then allow them to lie flat to dry. I always recommend turning them inside out to preserve the color.
If you really want to save them, dry cleaning is the best alternative. Dry Cleaning removes dirt, stains, oils and does not cause any of the harsh effects that come with washing. The color will look the same as the day you bought them. The picture above is a pair of my favorite jeans. They are three years old, worn a lot, and they look exactly the same as the day I purchased them. This is especially true with dark or black jeans.
